Till the moment Ram kumar chaudhary surrendered, congress was silent for any action against him. But later on congress accepted this fact that Ram Kumar Chaudhary was involved in jyoti murder case and is having a criminal record, then it assured that some action will be taken against him, but it is yet to be decided that whether he will be in party or not.
