JMM-BJP Power Rotation Deal Had Actually Collapsed in 2010

The tipping point in the tussle was chief minister Arjun Munda rejecting on January 3rd .The JMM's claim that the two parties had agreed on rotation of power. The JMM insisted there was an agreement. But according to the BJP, that had lapsed in May 2010, when JMM chief Shibu Soren stepped down as the Chief minister.
