The Delhi-Lahore bus service is running as usual, an official said Wednesday."The service is continuing. Even today, 10 persons boarded the Lahore-bound bus," Manoj Kumar, the managing director of the Delhi Transport Corporation (DTC), told PTI.In the aftermath of the Pulwama attack, the bus service was affected and the number of passengers using it had gone down.

భారత్ పాకిస్తాన్‌ల మధ్య యుద్ధ వాతావరణం నెలకొన్న నేపథ్యంలో అక్కడి సరిహద్దుల్లో నివసిస్తున్న సాధారణ ప్రజలు తీవ్ర ఇబ్బందులకు గురవుతున్నారు. సరిహద్దులో నివసిస్తున్న ప్రజలపై పలు ఆంక్షలు విధించడంతో వారికి ఏమి చేయాలో తెలియని పరిస్థితి నెలకొంది. సాధారణ రోజుల్లో ఇరుదేశాల నుంచి చిరు వ్యాపారులు సరిహద్దులు దాటి తమ వ్యాపారాలు నిర్వహించుకుని తిరిగి తమదేశాలకు చేరుకునేవారు. కానీ ప్రస్తుతం సరిహద్దుల్లో యుద్ద వాతావరణం నెలకొన్న నేపథ్యంలో ఇరుదేశాల ఆంక్షలతో గత మూడురోజులుగా ఎక్కడి పనులు అక్కడే నిలిచిపోవడంతో తీవ్ర ఇబ్బందులకు గురవుతున్నారు. సరిహద్దులో నివసించే చాలామంది ప్రజలది రెక్కడితే కానీ డొక్కాడని పరిస్థితి. ఈ నేపథ్యంలో సాధారణ ప్రజలతో పాటు ముఖ్యంగా చిరువ్యాపారులు భారీ నష్టాన్ని చవిచూస్తున్నారు. మరోవైపు పాకిస్తాన్ భారత్‌ల మధ్య నడిచే సంఝౌతా ఎక్స్‌ప్రెస్‌ను పాక్ రైల్వే అధికారులు అటారీ స్టేషన్ వద్ద నిలిపివేశారు. ప్రయాణికులంతా లాహోర్ స్టేషన్‌లో ఇరుక్కుపోయారు.
