Jared Kushner reportedly had his first in-person meeting with Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman since the killing of journalist Jamal Khashoggi.

President Trump's son-in-law and White House senior adviser Jared Kushner reportedly had his first in-person meeting with Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman since the killing of journalist Jamal Khashoggi.  Politico reports that, on Tuesday, "Kushner met with the crown prince and Saudi King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud to build on previous conversations about increasing cooperation between the United States and Saudi Arabia, as well as the Trump administration's hopes to broker peace between Israelis and Palestinians."  Khashoggi was killed late last year at the Saudi Arabian consulate in Istanbul, Turkey. The CIA has concluded that the Saudi crown prince ordered the killing. Both the Saudi government and the Trump administration have been reluctant to accept that finding.
