It’s a crowning achievement for ŠKODA fleet
  • 5 years ago
Following a successful tender with the Crown Commercial Service (CCS), ŠKODA UK has successfully been awarded a place on the government’s new framework agreement.

CCS procures £13 billion of goods and services every year — it’s the largest public sector procurement organisation in the UK. Czech manufacturer, ŠKODA, has secured a place on the new RM6060 vehicle purchase framework, which is available for use by public sector bodies and the UK emergency services.

CCS is an executive agency of the Cabinet Office and the updated procurement framework feeds into the #SmarterGov campaign, which aims to make savings and improvements to services across the entire public sector. The car manufacturer has been working with CCS and the National Association of Police Fleet Managers (NAPFM) for the past eight years. ŠKODA expects to deliver circa. 5,000 vehicles to government bodies under the new agreement thanks to its reliability, value and aftersales service.
