The actress was reportedly supposed to perform at an event in Delhi on September 30, 2018, but she failed to show up at the last minute.A case was filed against Sonakshi and three others in Moradabad on November 24, 2018. According to the complainant, Pramod Sharma, owner of a Moradabad-based company India Fashion and Beauty Award, Sonakshi had even accepted a payment of Rs. 37 lakhs to perform at the event but she failed to show up at the last minute because of which the company incurred losses.
