In the wake of the dastardly terrorist attack in Pulwama that killed 40 CRPF Jawans, the cricketing relations between India and Pakistan have once again come under the scanner. There has been plenty of fury on the Indian side and many people are of the opinion that the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) should forfeit their World Cup fixture against Pakistan that is slated to be held in Manchester on June 16. However, there have been instances of teams in the past forfeiting their respective games at the World Cup due to various reasons.
