More than 5,000 people reportedly caught fish with their bare hands in a pond at an annual fish-catching festival in southern China.
In the video, captured in Zhengzhou City in Fujian Province on February 16, a large amount of fish can be seen leaping out of the water. Some are waist deep in the water to catch the fish.
The fish-catching festival has been held every year since 2011. The activity is thought to symbolise local residents' hope for a better future.
