Congress leader Shashi Tharoor responded on the issue of India not playing Pakistan in the upcoming cricket World Cup. Tharoor said not playing against Pakistan is 'worse than surrender'. Citing example from the 1999 Kargil War, Thoroor added that India played against Pakistan during at the height of the war and won. Tharoor also took to Twitter and expressed his views on the same.
