The Congress and DMK are likely to announce their seat sharing deal today a day after BJP and AIADMK joined hands for the 2019 elections. 39 seats are up for grabs in Tamil Nadu while 1 seat in Puducherry. AS per the seat sharing pact fixed between the AIADMK and BJP, the latter will contest 5 seats and PMK will contest 7 seats. It is believed that the AIADMK will contest in at least 25 seats leaving the rest to other alliance partners.
