Kulbhushan hearing in ICJ: India exposes Pakistan propaganda, asks ICJ to order Jadhav's release

Kulbhushan Jadhav case hearings at ICJ: The Internation Court of Justice (ICJ) on Monday heard the Kulbhashun Jadhav case at the Hague in the Netherlands. Representing the Indian side, lawyer Harish Salve said that Pakistan has gone against the Vienna Convention and hence it was unlawful of the country to put Jadhav behind bars. Calling Jadhav a victim of farcical propaganda, the Indian representative appealed the ICJ to grant mercy to Jadhav who has been given death sentence by Pakistan Court. India is seeking consular access for Jadhav at the International Court of Justice (ICJ).
