How to Block Phone Numbers in MIUI 10 ?

Step 1: Open the 'Security' app, you can find in 'Folder' section.

Step 2: Now, scroll down, and then Tap on 'blocklist'.

Step 2: Tap on gear icon at the top right.

Step 3: Tap on toggle next to blocklist to enable it.

Step 4: Tap on 'Blocked numbers', and then tap on Add button below.

Step 5: Tap your desired choices from 'Add phone number', 'Add prefix' and 'Add contacts'.

Step 6: Just select the number, and tap on checkmark button at the top, and the numbers will be blocked.

It's done.
