EVENING 5: LRT3 project to resume in 2H

Works on LRT3 will resume in in the second half of 2019 after progress was stalled for about a year. Meanwhile, foreign insurers have up to early April this year to submit their plans with regards to the foreign ownership limit for insurers in Malaysia.
