Forbidden love in North Korea finds a way in Vietnam

As Vietnam is set to host the upcoming North Korea-U.S. summit, a tale of true love has captured the attention of the media.
69-year-old Pham Ngoc Canh, who went to North Korea as a student more than 30 years ago, fell in love with Ri Yong-hui.
She, a North Korean, is forbidden to love him back.
But in 2002, Pyongyang took the rare step of allowing one of its citizens to marry a foreigner.
The couple has expressed hope that the upcoming summit in Hanoi will bring peace.
Vietnam has been touted as a model for isolated and impoverished North Korea to follow.
