Agusta Westland Scam: ED has given its nod to the bail plea of Rajiv Saxena

The ED has in Patiala House Court has given its nod to the bail plea of Rajiv Saxena. ED said that Saxena has cooperated in the probe and has even divulged names in the Agusta Westland Scam. The court in turn asked ED to give its nod in writing. The court has sought Saxena's medical report before taking any decision.
