MHC rejects ADMK plea to erect banners for Jayalalithaa's birthday

MHC rejects the ADMK plea to erect banners for Jayalalithaa's birthday on Feb 24th. ADMK former MP Balaganga approached MHC with a plea asking the Court to grant permission to erect banners for Jayalalitha in her birthday. Petitioner has informed the court that the govt has taken all action against the illegal hoardings and banners and also informed that even internal party actions has been initiated against their own party cadres for illegal banners. After hearing the arguments, judge replied, we can even provide a list of places where ADMK has erected banners and also said that the govt has never acted against their own party members.
