"Bent Nail did a very thorough inspection for us. And even produced a video to walk us through it since we could not be there in person for the inspection due to living 8 hours away. The video seemed very thorough. We really appreciate it too since we are not in the immediate vicinity. It saved us an 8-hour trip to see for ourselves. Thank you Bent Nail!"
