Migrants flee Venezuela to end up in the coca fields in Colombia

Hundreds of migrants fled Venezuela only to end up working in Colombia collecting coca leaves in the narco fields, confined to following the strict rules of behaviour that govern the coca-growing territories of the border, and sacrificing their hands in the process.
