Rafale Wars: Kapil Sibal fresh offensive on PM Narendra Modi

Mounting fresh offensive on PM Modi over Rafale, Congress Leader Kapil Sibal cast aspersions on CAG chairman Rajiv Mehrishi's role while probing the alleged dubious deal. Sibal said the CAG report must be brought in the parliament on Monday, which would bring more clarity on the matter. He slammed the PM and the defence minister for lying to the nation. On the other hand, PM Modi who is currently touring the southern states of the country slammed the congress for defaming and belittling the army, at every chance it got.
