Car Rips Hood off While Attempting to Tow

Info from Licensor: "I saw a car that had slid into the ditch. A guy grabbed a tow strap and shut it in the trunk of the car. Then they opened the hood to the Jeep and closed the other end of the strap in the hood. As they started to pull, I knew something was going to break, then the hood ripped off the Jeep."
