Mamta Kulkarni & Vicky Goswami declared drug offenders!

A special court declared that Vicky Goswami and his partner, actress Mamta Kulkarni are drug offenders. A special public prosecutor said that the law-enforcing agencies have to act and the police have to file a compliance report within 30 days about the execution of an order. It also gives power to police to attach the properties of the accused. So Mamta seems to be in deep trouble. The order also empowers police to issue a warrant against the accused on the last known address of the accused. The court fixed the next date for hearing in the matter on July 10. Take a look!
