Pope Francis, on a historic visit to the United Arab Emirates, celebrated mass on Tuesday with tens of thousands Catholics in Abu Dhabi.
Speaking at Zayed Sports City stadium, Pope Francis made a plea for peace to Christian, Jewish and Muslim leaders.
Earlier in his visit, the Pope condemned the wars in the region, including the one in Yemen involving the UAE.
He also called for an increase in cooperation between Christians and Muslims.
Pope Francis is the first sitting leader of the Catholic Church to visit the Arabian Peninsula, the birthplace of Islam.
