Wan Azizah: Use of Poca on juveniles must be reviewed

The use of the Prevention of Crime Act 1959 (Poca) to detain children and juveniles without trial needs to be reviewed, according to Women, Family and Community Development Minister Dr Wan Azizah Wan Ismail.
Quoting statistics obtained from parliamentary replies, Suaram executive director D Sevan said that as of 2018, some 142 Poca detainees were below the age of 18.
