Why is it so difficult for the Grand Old Party to rein in its own legislators? Is it time for the Congress to read the Riot Act to Siddaramaiah and his loyalists? Could this old rivalry between H D Kumaraswamy and Siddaramaiah cost the Congress its govt in Karnataka? What we also need to ask is this. Is this what the people of Karnataka had voted for?
