"Mission Possible" features the inspiring story of Calvin Jay and Tizaddi Solei Tampos, the siblings who live with their grandmother beside a train track in Sta. Rosa, Laguna. Julius Babao presents how the siblings face their struggles by pushing makeshift trolleys and maintaining high academic performances. Lola Lourdes Tampos shares how the siblings ended up living with her, and how she works hard to provide for their studies. Finally, they receive groceries and school supplies from the program and some generous donors.
