Good afternoon. Morning lows this Monday were quite bearable but highs won't rise much and biting winds will blow in this afternoon, making it feel a bit colder than the actual temperatures so dress up warm and have your face mask ready on the way out. Tomorrow morning, we'll have brief cold snap with a low of minus 6 degrees Celsius.

Dry weather advisories are in place for most areas. An advisory has been upgraded to a warning in south-eastern areas including Daegu and Busan. Meanwhile, yellow dust will blow in and we'll be seeing moderately poor air quality across the entire nation.

The afternoon highs will range from 3 to 11 degrees and we'll see brighter skies as the day goes on.

Nationwide snow is in store for Thursday and we'll have cold mornings on Tuesday and Friday but readings will remain above the seasonal norms for this week.

That's Korea for you and here's the international weather for viewers around the world.
