Hancock hints government may be warming to Brady amendment

Health Secretary Matt Hancock has hinted that the government may be warming to the idea of backing an amendment to the Irish backstop in order to get the Brexit agreement passed by the House of Commons. Veteran backbench MP Sir Graham Brady is leading a group of Conservatives who say they'll change their mind and back the deal - if the backstop is replaced with "alternative arrangements".
