S. Korea's consumer confidence up slightly in Jan.

South Korea's consumer sentiment rose slightly in January.
The Bank of Korea says the monthly consumer sentiment index climbed zero-point-six points on-month to 97-point-five...posting two consecutive months of growth.
The central bank attributed the rise to households' expectations on the government's economic revitalization policies and the resumption of U.S.-China trade talks.
However,... the reading has remained below 100 for four consecutive months, meaning there are more pessimists than optimists about the economy.
