Why South Koreans are turning their affections to their pets

South Korea is experiencing a demographic crisis. The country has a record low birth rate - and an ageing population. Part of the problem is people simply choosing not to have children. So where does all that parental love go when you don't have a baby? The BBC's Tim Allman has a possible answer.
