Good afternoon. Cold air and winds have brought cleaner air to the peninsula, most areas will be able to breathe in good to normal air. Beijing is having unhealthy levels of air pollution, but Tokyo enjoys good air.
With the lack of precipitation this winter, the air is getting drier each day, and the eastern parts of the country are dealing with especially dry conditions... dry weather alerts are released when the dry conditions strongly increase the risk of fires breaking
out. Be extra careful with anything that could cause a spark.
Daily highs will range between 4 and 10 degrees Celsius. Clear blue skies will shine down on us throughout the day.
It's likely morning lows will stay near seasonal averages for a few more days while daily highs will be hovering above the norms with a chance of rain in store on Monday.
