"Apocalyptic" storm cloud sweeps across the UK

A massive storm cloud was filmed rolling across Northern Ireland on Tuesday as much of the UK was gripped by a cold snap which brought snow and ice to the country.

This clip was taken near Glenshane Pass on Tuesday afternoon.

"A massive winter cell approaching me with gust front/shelf cloud. It hit with pea-sized hailstones, sideways snow, a rumble of thundersnow and strong winds," wrote the filmer.
