Ahead of first ODI match against New Zealand, Indian cricket team captain Virat Kohli addressed the media in a conference. He said, “We’ve seen a lot of things that happened in the last series that we played here. What were the patterns, what were the areas the guys were looking to get us out. We were probably not an experienced side back then in terms of the whole batting group together but if you see the last three years or so we have really evolved as a batting group and we’re more sure and more aware of our abilities and we’re definitely ready to counter all the things that are thrown at us.”
