S. Korean veteran golfer Ji Eun-hee wins LPGA season opener

On the sporting front,… South Korean veteran golfer Ji Eun-hee got off to a winning start in the new LPGA Tour season.
Ji won the Diamond Resorts Tournament of Champions in Florida on Sunday by two shots over fellow South Korean Lee Mi-rim,… finishing at 14-under 270 for her fifth career win of the tournament.
And with that victory,… the 32 year-old golfer is now the oldest South Korean winner on the LPGA tour, breaking the previous record set by Pak Se-ri in 2010.
With Ji's perfect start to the season,… South Korean golfers this year are looking to go one better than their combined 9 victories in 32 tournaments last season.
