Senior citizens are being offed by a masked killer stalking the halls of the Sunny Daze Lake View Retirement Home! Their newest arrival, Rose (Dawn Wells) has just settled in when the killings start, residents are disappearing, ghosts are haunting and to top it all off somebody has been a bad kid since theres an STD outbreak!
