Good morning. We had some fine winter weather yesterday in Seoul. Temperatures were bearable, skies were clear along with clean air ... conditions that most of us would like to have for the rest of winter... well, we'll have a similar weather pattern today, but top temperatures will be even higher Friday and Saturday.
That will lead to dustier conditions for some of the central region, right now, parts of the Jeolla-do and Chungcheong-do Provinces are dealing with high levels of ultra fine dust but that will likely to expand to more areas as the warm westerly winds will blow in as the day goes on.
Mostly sunny skies will be featured while morning lows in most areas are a tad colder than yesterday...kicking off at minus 5 degrees in Seoul. Daegu and Gwangju waking up to a low of minus 4 degrees.
Daily highs will range between 5 to 11 degrees Celsius...topping out at 5 degrees in Seoul and Chuncheon, Gyeongju and Gwangju getting up to 9 degrees.
