The reimbursement was reportedly among the dealings noted by federal prosecutors when Cohen was charged in August. Cohen was sentenced to three years in prison for charges that "included arranging hush-money payments to two women who said they had affairs with Mr. Trump, tax evasion, making a false statement to a bank and lying to Congress," reports the New York Times.
