Reasons why Lord Brahma is not worshipped devotionally. In Hinduism, Lord Brahma is the first god of the Trinity (Brahma, Vishnu, and Mahesh). He is the creator of the universe. But, he is not worshipped as Lord Vishnu and Shiva. There is only one temple dedicated to him, which is the Pushkar temple of Rajasthan. And many temples are dedicated to Vishnu and Shiva. There is no corner of India where there are no temples of Vishnu and Shiva.




ब्रह्मा जी सृष्टि के रचयिता होने के साथ-साथ वेदों के भी देवता माने जाते हैं। उन्होंने ही हमें चार वेदों का ज्ञान दिया। हिंदू धर्म के अनुसार, उनकी शारीरिक संरचना भी बेहद अलग है। चार चेहरे और चार हाथ एवं चारों हाथों में एक-एक वेद लिए ब्रह्माजी अपने भक्तों का उद्धार करते हैं, लेकिन इस देव की पूजा कोई नहीं करता है। यूं तो धरती लोक पर ब्रह्माजी के कई मंदिर हैं, लेकिन वहां ब्रह्माजी की पूजा करना वर्जित माना गया है।
