Fired Bacolod police chief not in drug watch list

Philippine National Police chief Director General Oscar Albayalde admits that sacked Bacolod police chief Senior Superintendent Francisco Ebreo was not in their or the President’s drug list. Seconds later, Albayalde said Ebreo is “probably” in the President’s roll of names.
