Uber May Not Go Public In 2019, But CEO Khosrowshahi Is Just Fine With That

Uber's new CEO says the company is in now hurry now to go public in 2019. According to Business Insider, Dara Khosrowshahi says he and investors would be "disappointed" if there was no initial public offering--but that "the company would be just fine" all the same. His comments appear to be a softening from last year, when he consistently said Uber was "on track" for a 2019 IPO.
