Pompeo hopeful North Korea and the U.S. can make "substantial progress" in the year ahead

U.S. Secretary of State Mike Pompeo expressed hopes... that Pyeongyang and Washington can make "substantial" progress on North Korea's denuclearization this year,... including the arrangement of a second summit.
These remarks came during Pompeo's interview with Fox News on Friday,... where he said back-channel dialogue with the North is still being conducted.
While Pompeo noted that progress was being made in these talks,... he said no sanctions will be lifted until final, fully verified denuclearization of North Korea is achieved.
