Now we turn to Michelle Park for the latest weather updates. Michelle, it's good that we have warm and comfortable weather but the dust has really thickened.
Daniel, the westerly wind has been keeping us warm,... but it's also bringing in poisonous particulate matter making it hard to breathe.
This toxic level of air pollution is expected to continue until tomorrow, especially here in the capital region while the southern regions will freshen up by the morning.
Starting tonight, Jeju will see rain of between 5 and 20 millimeters while less than 5 millimeters can be seen along the coastal regions. The inner southern areas will even get snow of less than 1 centimeter until tomorrow morning.
By Saturday afternoon, the weather will be brighter and warm,... while Beijing and Tokyo will be cloudier than Seoul but about the same temperature.
Seoul will kick off Saturday morning at zero degrees Celsius, while Busan and Jeju can expect higher readings while being drenched with rain.
The nation's daily highs will be between 6 and 10 degrees,.... Seoul reaching 6 degrees while Daegu and Gyeongju hit 9 degrees.
Mild readings are in the forecast for now,... but, without rain, the dry conditions are getting worse,... so make sure to be aware of any fire risks.
