Congress president Rahul Gandhi on Thursday received a notice from National Commission for Women after his comments on Defence Minister Nirmala Sitharaman over Rafale deal. NCW chief Rekha Sharma said that Rahul demeaned the defence minister and should give an explanation for the same. NCW also condemned Rahul over his recent tweet where he asked Prime Minister Narendra Modi to answer questions over Rafale directly.
