phulkopi(cauliflower) diye katla macher jhol,bengali styel. This is a pure homemade fish recipe.it's very easy to make and also very tasty
INGREDIENTS:
1. mustard oil
2. one tej patta(bay leaf)
3. kalo jeera(black cumin) half tbs
4.phulkopi(cauliflower) 1 large size
5. four potatoes
6. onion paste 1 or 2 tbs
7.garlic paste 1 tbs
8. ginger paste 1 tbs
9. one small tomato
10. cumin powder 1 tbs
11. turmeric powder 1.5 tbs
12. kashmiri mirch powder 1 tbs
13. salt
14. shahi garam masala 1 tbs
