Kamala Harris LOVES that Ocasio-Cortez is challenging the status quo with 70% tax rates!

Kamala Harris was asked this morning on The View about the radical socialist proposals of Ocasio-Cortez and it turns out – big surprise – that she thinks it’s all fantastic: http://www.tranganhnam.xyz/2019/01/kamala-harris-liebt-dass-ocasio-cortez.html
This really isn’t a big surprise. Obama showed us that the hard socialist left had taken over the Democratic Party and now they are more eager to come out of the woodwork.
But seriously, I do hope she runs on this when she runs for president in 2020. There’s nothing like a big tax increase that makes voters want to come and vote for you.
Of course, she and others will try to couch it in marginal tax rates, which just means they want to segment out your income and progressively tax it at different levels. But 70%, whether it’s on the top half of your income or the entire income, is still shockingly high and will stifle the crap out of productivity. Why work harder to earn more money if they are just going to take more of it, especially at these levels.
So yeah, I think it’s great that AOC is leading the party now. No fossil fuels in 12 years and the rich will become poor like the rest of us, just before the country collapses under the weight of more entitlement programs. Sounds like a plan!
