Transgender Military Ban The ruling was issued
by a three-judge panel
of the U.S. Court of Appeals
for the D.C. Circuit. It states a lower court
was wrong to block the
ban on transgender people
in the armed forces. The lower court had
ruled that the most
recent restrictions imposed
by the administration That ban had also been
blocked by the court. The Trump administration
has asked the U.S. Supreme
Court to consider the case. The Supreme Court will
consider whether to
hear the government's
