Sandra Oh Makes
Golden Globes History Oh co-hosted Sunday's
Golden Globes with Andy Samberg. While doing so, she became the first
person of Asian decent to earn the title. While that feat alone is impressive,
Oh didn't stop there with breaking barriers. She also became the first Asian woman
to win numerous
Golden Globes, adding an award for her role on BBC's 'Killing Eve' to her 2006 win for her part on 'Grey's Anatomy.' Her newest Golden Globe also made
her the first Asian woman in 39 years to take home an award for
best actress in a TV drama. The title was previously
held by Yoko Shimada
for her work on 'Shogun.' The evening was filled with emotion as Oh thanked her parents in Korean. The actress kicked off the evening by addressing her place in the industry. Sandra Oh, at the Golden Globes
