'Aquaman' Becomes Highest Grossing DCEU Film Worldwide

“Aquaman” take the number one spot once again at the domestic box office. This weekend put the film at $887.6 million worldwide, passing “Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice.” According to Comicbook.com, the Batman film held the top spot at $873.6 million. Now “Aquaman” is the top grossing film, giving James Wan the title of highest grossing director for Warner Bros. Additionally, “Aquaman” is the highest grossing DC film internationally, passing “The Dark Knight Rises.”
