This is Scooby-Doo Showdown in Ghost Town, a part of the Scooby-Doo! Mystery Adventures for Windows PC and Mac. Man is this game old, for me I use to play this games as well as the Scooby-Doo: Phantom of the Knight Game. They were fun but a bit repetative and I believe it was this game where there was only one villian. Maybe I was wrong don't know.
