南猴拳 Southern Monkey Kungfu is the system that i learned from Shifu Fred Decramer in the Netherlands. In the years from 1985 until 1993 or 1994 i learned this Standing tall Monkey Kung Fu martial arts. It is short range kind of like Wing Chun but it has also circular movements. This system was about the Standing Tall Monkey or Sasquatch, Bigfoot or Yeti. The style is short and very effective.

I have decided to record everything i still knew for the SRMAA Shintai Ryu Martial Arts Association to preserve this magnificient martial arts system.
