Nirmala Sitharaman says Bofors brought Congress down, Rafale will bring Modi Government back in 2019

Defence Minister Nirmala Sitharaman in LokSabha today responded to all the questions raised by Congress. Nirmala Sitharaman said that the Rafale deal is an emergency purchase, opposition is accusing us of reducing the number from 126 to 36, however, Congress leaders should compare these 36 with the initial 18 flyaway aircraft they were planning to buy. The remaining 108 were out of question because HAL could not reach an agreement to manufacture them in the first place. While Congress chief Rahul Gandhi again accused the Modi government to help Anil Ambani. Rahul asked who was the one to decide on Anil Ambani? Continuing her reply Nirmala Sitharaman said that no one has the right to call PM Modi a chor.
